No. MyAnnualCalendar runs in your web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. On a phone, add it to your home screen and it opens like an app, with MAC Pocket, a version built for your phone.

There are four plans. The Individual Plan is free for one person. The Family Plan is $15 a month for up to 10 family members. The Team Plan is $25 a month for your whole team, with no limit on people. The Entrepreneur Plan is $50 a month and includes a free Family Plan for your household. Paid plans open soon; each starts with 5 days free and bills monthly.

Yes. The Individual Plan is free for one person, with no card needed. It includes every view from Year to Day, Outlook and Google sync, My Work, Daily To Do's and the weather. Move up to a paid plan only when you want to bring other people in.

That is our plan. If we ever change what the free plan includes, add limits to it or end it, we will tell you in the app or by email at least 30 days before.

Yes. If you cancel during the 5 free days, you are not charged. After that, a paid plan renews each month until you cancel. See our refund policy for the details.

Yes. Connect Outlook, Google or both, and events sync both ways about every 15 minutes. You choose which of your calendars come in and where each one lands.

Yes. Add MyAnnualCalendar to your phone's home screen, then turn on phone alerts in Settings. On iPhone, alerts work once it is on the home screen.

Up to 10 family members share one family calendar, and each person also has their own. Everyone has their own color, so anyone can see at a glance whose day it is. Parents run a chores chart, and the family board shows the week's progress.

A parent can add a child with a first name and birth year and give them chores. Kids' own sign-in, with a family code and a PIN instead of an email, is coming soon, after a verified parent check.

Your whole team shares one calendar, with no limit on people. Each person's events show in their color, and My Work lets you hand a task to a teammate.

Each client gets their own calendar and color, and you can let one or two of the client's people see it. Vendors you book see only the dates they are on. Your Year view shows every client together, and a free Family Plan for your household comes with it.
