Refund policy

This policy explains how free trials, cancellations and refunds work for MyAnnualCalendar's paid plans (Family, Team and Entrepreneur). The Individual Plan is free, so there is nothing to refund. MyAnnualCalendar is made by NorthPointe LLC. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all our orders, so Paddle processes every refund.

1. Free trial

Each paid plan starts with a 5-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you don't cancel, your subscription starts when the trial ends and renews each month.

2. 14-day refund

If you are not happy with the service, ask for a refund within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full. You don't have to give a reason. After 14 days, a charge is not refundable, except where the law requires it or where we have made a billing mistake.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Settings in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the month you have paid for. After that the account becomes view only: your calendars and events stay, and you can move to the free Individual Plan or start a paid plan again from Settings.

4. Changing plans

When you move to a larger plan, Paddle charges the difference for the rest of the current month. When you move to a smaller plan, the unused part of the month is credited toward your next payments. During a free trial, changing plans costs nothing.

5. How to ask for a refund

Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, go to paddle.net to find your order, or email [email protected] with the email address on the account. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund or to cancel that you have under the law where you live. This policy is part of our terms of service.
